A few months ago I stumbled upon this guy who makes the most amazing and inspiring presentations and calls himself Jesse Dee.
The following presentation is related to the content of this blog, but I would strongly advice you to visit his Slideshare page and browse through his other presentations as well, they are well worth some of your time.
View more presentations from @JESSEDEE.
Another lesson learned is that Slideshare is a pretty powerful and unique social media tool that can be further exploited by companies as well as individuals.
The following are some web design and development related blogs I keep an eye on and would recommend every web developer to follow.
Besides keeping you up to date about the newest developments within the field (e.g. new open-source CMS systems, CSS frameworks, etc.), they inspire by sharing (links to) templates and icon sets, and they offer rich archives which I often consult when I am looking for something specific.
Furthermore, if you are not already doing so, I would strongly encourage you to use a RSS reader (or to use Tweetdeck, if you prefer tweets) to save time.
And lastly, if you have any recommendations, please do not hesitate and send them to me using the suggest page.
